Due to health and safety standards, My Breast Friend does not accept the return of any product for refund or exchange unless the item arrives in damaged condition through no fault of the customer.
If your products are delivered in damaged condition through no fault of your own, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damaged product for review.
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched (subject to availability) free of charge. There is no need to return the damaged product to us, simply rinse out and recycle/dispose of the packaging.
If there is no identical replacement product available for any reason, we will credit you with a gift voucher to the equal value of the products plus any shipping paid to spend at www.mybreastfriend.net
